An agreement has been reached between IQ Store –Sydney and M. T. Visual International for IQ Store to guarantee a pre-sale and sale of a minimum of 2 million copies of the Antarctic Challenge educational documentary (approximately $70 million revenue) to schools internationally. IQ Store has stated that they have several million schools on their database and therefore the amount of sales mentioned above is not unrealistic. The Letter of Intent from IQ Store has been received today and has been added to our business plan. We are now working on the finalisation of the guarantee contract which should be completed shortly.
