Sarah Mcnair-Landry joins the Antarctic Challenge Expeditionery team. The leading team members, being the highly qualified experts required to lead the Antarctic Challenge to the South Pole has finally been selected. Our new and final member is Sarah McNair-Landry, one of the most highly regarded and experienced explorers. Please read Sarah’s history on our website under "Leading Expedition Members".
The decision to offer Sarah a position to lead one team to the South Pole was made after several exchanges of email discussing the Antarctic Challenge and a conversation with Sarah following her expedition with Linda and Rob to the North Pole.
After several days of decision making and reading through the business plan, Sarah informed me that she would like to take part in the Antarctic Challenge to lead one team to the South Pole.
With Sarah’s experience and know how, Sarah will play a very important role in not only the physical aspect of the expedition but also providing professional advice to everyone, especially the young explorers.
Welcome to the team Sarah and we are all looking forward to a great and successful expedition.News Updates
